Effectiveness of the software in delivering the subject was evaluated through the use of acceptance testing; 60 students andsix instructors in the college of education and four Information Technology experts who evaluated the system to check its functionality.
The E-learning system was developed under XAMPP, wherein the proponents used Apache as server, MySQL for the database, PHP as the scripting language, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop for the development of web application and system featuresand Adobe Flash for the animation purposes of the whole system.
The system was evaluated by the respondents based on the given criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability.
