Abstract: BALANGATAN, DANICA ANN T, GONZAGA MA. REAN T and SAMARITA RACHEL JANE B, Fizzora Pink. Enterprise Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2016. Adviser: Ms. Lina C. Abogadie. The enterprise was operated for 88 days from 13 November 2015 to 10 February 2015. The project aimed to develop different kinds of organic soaps; implement strategies needed in producing and marketing of organic soaps; determine the profitability of the business; and identify problems that may occur while operating the business and provide feasible solutions. The business was in the form of partnership with an initial investment of P30, 000 which was equally shared by the student entrepreneurs. Decision making was jointly done by the partners to assure that objectives were achieved. Duties and responsibilities were delegated to each partner to monitor the various aspects of the business such as the production, marketing and finance. Fizzora Pink offered different varieties of organic soaps such as papaya soap, lemon soap, oatmeal soap, calamansi soap and mangosteen soap that were personally made by the entrepreneurs. The enterprise made use of different promotional tools like flyers, brochures and social networking to promote its products so that customers would be aware on the existence of the enterprise's products. These tools contained the enterprise's business' contact numbers and address. Aside from personal selling or direct selling, Fizzora Pink actively used their Facebook page to transact with customers. Contact details of the enterprise were seen on the page. xiv After three months of operation, the enterprise generated a total sale of P34,873.98 and net income ofP4,873.98. The enterprise' total assets was P34,873.98. On the first month of operation, there was a large volume of orders yet the soap were still on the drying process. However, as the operation continued and the target market was getting aware of the existence of the enterprise, sales increased.Through these difficulties, the students' managerial capabilities, decision making skills and communication skills were developed and enhanced. With this, the entrepreneurs took orders and had a cash-on-delivery policy.
