The study was developed to help the Sales and Marketing Staff of Wengman Sports Apparel in achieving its goals for continues improvement of organizational performance. The objective of the study was to help them to manage all the record of their business and produce a more productive and efficient business strategy. The development of E-Commerce system will aid in eliminating the difficulty in monitoring the organization's inventory, handling orders, create accurate reports order to have a reliable, efficient and secured system and advertise their products. The study was conducted from January 2016 to April 2017. The proponents used Iterative Development Process as the paradigm for the development of the software. The methodology consists of five process workflows namely; initial planning phase, requirements phase, analysis & design phase, testing phase and evaluation phase. The E Commerce System of Wengman Sports Apparel passed the variety of testing including unit test, integration test, and system evaluation. In the evaluation, the system got an overall mean of 4.38. Based on the result the system was evaluated as excellent in all the identified criteria. The difficulties in the organization were given a solution by the function of the system.
