The study weas conducted from May 2016 to May 2017 in all barangays of Municipality of Indang, Cavite. The participants were barangay captain, barangay VAW desk offcer and victim survivor of different barangay in Indang, Cavite. The study mainly focused on level of implementation of Duties and responsibilities of Violence against women and their children desk officer and problems encountered by the VAW desk officer in implementing their duties and responsibilities. FLMhermore, the significant difference on the level of implementation of duties and responsibilities of VA WC desk officer and the assessment of victim- survivor to the duties and responsibilities of VAWC desk offcer in Indang- Cavite
Descriptive method was used in the study to determine the assessment of the barangay officials and victim survivor in the level of implementation of duties and responsibilities of VAWC desk officer and also the problem encountered by the VAW desk officer in implementing their duties and responsibilities- The participants were composed of 106 which are divided into two sets, 72 barangay officials and 34 victim survivors- A self-made survey questionnaire was used to assess the level of implementation of Duties and responsibilities of Violence against women and their children desk officer-
Based on the result of the study, level of implementation of Duties and responsibilities of Violence against women and their children desk offcer are implemented with the total mean score of 3.10 while on the assessment of the victim to level of implementation of Duties and responsibilities of Violence against women and their children desk omcer are implemented with the total means score of 2.7- In addition, financial report was the most common problem of barangay offcials in implementing Barangay Violence against women Desk System. This implies that the duties and responsibilities of Violence against women and their children desk omcer vas implemented in Municipality of Indang, Cavite as assessed by the barangay omcials and victim survivor-
Therefore, the null hypothesis of no significant difference between the level of implementation of duties and responsibilities of VAWC desk omcer and the assessment of victim- survivor to the duties and responsibilities of VAWC desk officer in Indang,
Cavite was accepted
Based on the major conclusions, the Barangay officials and victim- survivor had the same assessment to the duties and responsibilities of Violence against women and their children desk offtcer in Indang, Cavite which is interpreted as implemented.
For recommendation, The VAW desk officer should maintain their performance but there always a room for improvement to make highly Implemented of its operation especially in handling VAW cases-
