Emergency is an urgent case with which treatment is required and important; hence, rapid and accurate emergency response are needed immediately. With this, the study was conducted to determine if there is a significant relationship between the level of awareness of Molino 3, Bacoor City residents to emergency contact information of PNP and BFP Bacoor and the effectiveness of PNP and BFP Bacoor's communication strategies. The study was conducted at Barangay Molino 3, Bacoor City from August 2016 to December 2016. The participants of the study were the 100 selected head of the families of Molino 3, Bacoor City. The researchers gathered the needed data by determining their sources of exposure to emergency contact information, level of awareness to emergency contact information and the effectiveness of PNP and BFP Bacoor's communication strategies in disseminating emergency contact information. After analyzing and interpreting the data, the results revealed that tarpaulin was found to be the major source of information. Also, it revealed that the head of the families of Molino 3, Bacoor City was less aware on the emergency contact information of PNP and BFP Bacoor. Moreover, participant's awareness to emergency contact information and the effectiveness of PNP and BFP Bacoor's communication strategies has a significant relationship. Based on the result, the researchers concluded that PNP and BFP Bacoor need to exert more efforts to reach out residents and to disseminate their emergency contact information especially in their strategies which concluded as an ineffective tool and residents should be responsible enough in cooperating to authorities to assure their safety.
