This project was conducted at Barangay Palumlum, Alfonso, Cavite from February 2017 to April 2017. The project aimed to develop skills in hog fattening in terms of actual operation and management of a hog fattening project and to determine the profitability of hog fattening through evaluation of the different production parameters. At the first month the stocks consumed eight sacks of starter pellets which amounted to PI 1,560.00. They also consumed fourteen sacks of grower pellets which amounted to PI 8,830.00. At the end of the project, each stock has an average feed consumption of 137.5 kg, an average of 83.88 kg in live weight, with a feed efficiency of 2.24. A total expense of P62, 935.00 was obtained. The total sales wasP87, 384.00 with a net income ofP24, 449,00 thus, giving 38.85% ROI.
