The study was conducted from May 2016 to April 2017 in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. The participants were female police officers, their male co-officers, and clients. The study mainly focused on the assessment of the performance of female police officers in the patrol service in terms of maintenance of peace and order, enforcing traffic rules and regulation, and police community relation. Furthermore, the significant difference on the self-assessment of the female police officers, their ale co-officers and their clients at Dasmarthas City, Cavite on the performance at patrol service. Descriptive method was used in the study to determine the assessment of the female police officers, male co-officers and their clients with the performance of female police officers in the patrol service in terms of maintenance of peace and order, enforcing traffic rules and regulation and police community relation. The participants were composed of 158 police officers and clients which were divided into three, 29 female police officers, 29 male co-officers and 100 clients. A self-made survey questionnaire was used to assess the performance of female police officers in the patrol service. Based on the results of the study, the self-assessment of the female police officers in their performance in the patrol service in terms of maintenance of peace and order, enforcing traffic rules and regulation, and police community relation were exceptional with a total mean score of 4.88. While on the assessment of their male co-officers the performance of female police officers were highly effective with total mean score of 4.10. For their clients, female officers were highly effective with total mean score of 3.73. In addition, there was no significant difference between the age and length of service of female police officers in their performance in patrol service while in their rank the non-commissioned police officers have significantly higher participation in patrol service than their senior officers.
Therefore, the null hypothesis of no significant difference between the participants reveals that female police officers have higher perception on their performance in patrol service in terms of maintenance of peace, enforcing traffic rules and regulation, and police community relation was rejected.
