Abstract: BAUTISTA, POCHOLO M. AND MANGROBANG, JAYCOB J. Satisfaction of Scholars on the Scholarship Programs of Cavite State University- Main Campus. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2016. Adviser: Ms. Adora Joy T. Plete. The study had the purpose of determining the satisfaction of scholars on the scholarship programs of Cavite State University- Main Campus. It made use of the descriptive correlational research design and involved the participation of 280 different types of scholars from the CvSU- Main Campus. The study used a two-part questionnaire to know the demographic profile and the level of satisfaction of scholars on the scholarship programs. For the satisfaction of scholars it has the statements: information dissemination about the scholarship programs, application, selection, financial aspects, student’s obligation, financial benefits, incentives, motivation, academics, physical fitness (for service and varsity scholars only), facilities and socialization. Results of the study revealed that scholarship programs mostly help the students in terms of striving more effort in their studies under the category of motivation. Based on the results of the chi-square test, the study confirmed that age is significantly related to the scholars’ level of satisfaction. Sex and Year level are also Significantly related to scholars’ level of satisfaction towards the scholarship programs. It shows that scholars from middle age and year level are highly satisfied with the scholarship programs than lower years and higher years.
