Abstract: DULAY, MARCO D. and NOCEDA, KURT OWEN R. Defense of the Nature: A Strategic Game for Promoting Clean and Green Advocacy. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cavite State University, Indang Campus, May 2017. Adviser: Ms. Ezra Marie F. Ramos. The study entitled "Defense of the Nature: A Strategic Game for Promoting Clean and Green Advocacy" was developed to promote and encourage the students to save and protect the nature with the twist of tower defense game that uses a strategic gameplay. It allows to play with one (1) player. The study was conducted from March 2016 to April 2017 at Cavite State University-Main Campus. The software provided the functionality of a game that promotes clean and green advocacy. It showed the importance of protecting the Mother Nature as well as giving entertainment of a game. In developing the game software, iterative development process was used. Planning phase establishes a bird's eye view of the intended software product. Requirements phase is where the researcher gathered and analyzed the requirements that was used in developing the system. The analysis and design phase was used to analyze the problem of the previous phases and plan a solution in every problem encountered. The implementation phase is where the coding process of the system began. The Testing phase is where the system tested using unit testing, performance testing and usability testing. Lastly, evaluation measured the system if it was completed by the developers. The evaluation was based on the set of questionnaires. High school students, college students, and I.T. experts of Cavite State University- Main Campus evaluated the system. A software evaluation sheet based on ISO 9126 was used as the research instrument. The overall result of the software evaluation with criteria of functionality, usability, efficiency, and probability showed that the software was excellently done. It means that the proponents met all the expectations and desired output for the developed software
