This study was conducted from March 2016 to May 2017 at Cavite State University — Main Campus. The purpose of the study was to develop a word-and-picture game that combines the games, Text Twist and 4 Pics 1 Word. Iterative development process method was used as the methodology of the study. The following tools were used to develop the system: C# programming language, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Community integrated development environment, Intel(R) Core (TM) i3, CPU @2.00 GI-Iz, 4Gb RAM, 64-bit Windows operating system, and an Android mobile device. Two hundred seventy students of Cavite State University were randomly chosen to evaluate the system. The researchers distributed an evaluation form, based on ISO 9126, to each respondent for acceptance testing. According to the overall evaluation results, the system was judged to be excellent in all aspects such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Upon the completion of the study, the researchers concluded that the game application met the satisfaction of the users and has the functions of the combined game features of Text Twist and 4 Pics 1 Word.
