This study aimed to answer the immunization status among children aged 12-24 months in selected Barangays of Indang, Cavite. Specifically, this study aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile of the primary care giver of the child in terms of age, gender, marital status, educational attainment, religion, ethnicity, occupation and monthly family income and also to determine the demographic profile of children aged 12-24 months in selected Barangays of Indang, Cavite in terms of age, and gender. Furthermore, the study aimed to determine the immunization received by children aged 12-24 months and assessed their status of immunization in terms of default immunization, fully immunized and completely immunized. The main scope of the study is to assess the immunization status among children aged 12-24 monthsin selected Barangays in Indang, Cavite namely: Poblacion 1, Poblacion 2, Poblacion 3, Kaytapos, Kayquit 1, Kayquit 2, Buna Cerca and Bancod. Only those primary care giver who have children ages 12-24months either boy or girl were the scope of the study. The study was rendered from October 2017-April 2018. The research design that used for this study is descriptive study which will elaborate the status of immunization among children aged 12-24 months in selected Barangays of Indang, Cavite. The municipality of Indang was selected to conduct the study. The respondents was chosen through fish-bowl method. Purposive quota sampling was used in selection respondents from the municipality. The total number of participants of the selected barangays in Indang, Cavite namely: Poblacion 1 (48), Poblacion 2 (42), Poblacion 3 (44), Kaytapos (51), Kayquit 1 (49), Kayquit 2 (40), Buna Cerca (59) and Bancod (65), which has a total population was 398 children either boy or girl through the use of Slovin's formula. Based on the results of the study, out of 398 participants, both sexes, have received different kinds of immunization. In terms of status on immunization of children aged 12-24months, the results showed that 24.6% of the children is under default status of their immunization. Also, 26.1°A of the participants were fully immunized while 49.3% of the total participants were completely immunized.
