Abstract: MILAN, MELANNI[E C. and IPIETATE, ANNA COLEEN D. Employers Assessment on the Job Performance of the Bachelor of Science in Development Management Graduates of Cavite State University. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Development Management major in Training Program Management. June 2018. Adviser: Prof. Nelia E. Feranil. This study was conducted to determine the demographic characteristics of employers, the profile of the company were the BSDM graduates are employed; the level of performance of BSDM graduates in terms of: professionalism,adaptability, positive attitude/ motivation, teamwork and leadership and quality of work; and the problems encountered by the company regarding the job performance of the employed BSDM graduates. The study used descriptive research design. Purposive sampling technique was used in the study. Adapted questionnaire from "Skill and Values Employers Seek in Jobseeke ' by Randall S. Hansen, Ph.D, and Katherine Hansen, Ph.D., (2017) was ed for data gathering. Data were analyzed with the use of mean,frequency and percentage were utilized. The finding shows that the mean age of the participants as 59 years old. Seventy-seven percent of the participants were married and 23 percent were single and with average of 5 years and below in years of service. The result revealed that 64 percent of the participants had an outstanding performance in their job based on the assessment of their employers. Twenty-three percent had an acceptable level of perfornance and 13 percent of the graduates needed to improve their level of performance. Overall,their level of performance was outstanding.
