Abstract: PETALLAR, JOHN PAOLO D. and SEVILLE, ABEGAIL J. The Right App — An Android-Based Informatics for the Bill of Rights of the 1987 Philippine Constitution. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. January 2018.Adviser Ms. Aim E. Bihis. The study was conducted from February 2016 to November 2017 in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. This mobile application would help the people understand the Bill of Rights of the 1987 Philippine Constitution. In addition, it would help the user to protect themselves through the law. The application provided all the articles in the 1987 Philippine Constitution that the user could serve them as an offline reference. The mobile Application also featured a simulation game that would help the user to understand the Bill of Rights using scenarios, and a quiz game as an assessment. The proponents used the Iterative and Incremental Development as a methodology of developing the study. The computer hardware used in the development of the mobile application had the following software specifications: ACER Aspire E 14 laptop with Intel Core i3-4005U 1.3 GHz processor, 4.00 GB (RAM) and runs on 64-bit Windows 10 Home Single Language operating system and Lenovo Ideapad 110 laptop with Intel Pentium, 1.60GHz processor 4.00 GB (RAM) and runs on Windows 10 Home Single Language operating system. The application was evaluated by Political Science Students of Cavite State University- Main Campus, and Information Technology Students of this university based on the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability and user-friendliness of the software and materials. The system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation and met all the features and requirements to attain its objectives.
