A Wireless Video Monitoring System was developed and constructed in - Brgy. Kayquit, Indang Cavite from the last week of December 2004 up to the last week of March 2005. The main objective of the study was to design and implement :a Wireless Video Monitoring System for the Administration Building of the Cavite State University (Main Campus), The device was capable of controlling an RF transmitter and four miniature cameras using a remote control. The system was composed of a DTMF decoder-Controller Unit, Transmitter for sending the video signal to the Monitoring Station, and a Power Supply capable of supplying the needed voltage by the system. The evaluation of the Wireless Video, Monitoring System was done through pilot testing with the adviser, technical critic, panelist, faculty members 4 and security guards, who approved the system.
