Abstract: ASUNCION NOVALYN DJ. ,and JEFFREY V. PERINAL Design of a Microwave Communications Link for the Cavite State University System. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2006. Adviser: Engineer Mary-Anne B. de Dios-Costa. The microwave design was developed to provide a calculated microwave link for the Cavite State University being the premier university in the historic Cavite. The thesis was composed of various computations and illustrations. The computations were presented in the discussion and tabulated for further reference. Path Profiles were illustrated so as to show the line-of-sight path of the computed link. Cost computations and direct quotations from the system provider were included. Based on the results of the study, the system had been found satisfactory. It will be the discretion of the university administrators to implement whichever design.
