Abstract: GATDULA, ZAILA MAY P. wage and Work-Related Filipino Values of Honda Employees in Dasmarinas Cavite and Makati City. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University. April 2012. Thesis Adviser: Ms. Joy G. Novero. The study titled "Wage and Work-Related Filipino Values of Honda Employees in Dasmarinas Cavite and Makati City" was conducted to determine the: (1) wage of employees working in Honda, Makati and Dasmarinas Cavite; (2). work related Filipino values of employees working in Dasmarinas and Makati City in terms of: socio-Psychological dimension, interpersonal dimension, core values and qualities of superior preferred by employees; (3). difference between Filipino work values of employees in Dasmarinas Cavite and Makati City; (4). relationship of wage and work values of the respondents. The comparative correlational design was utilized in the study. The respondents of this study were forty-three (43) employees in Honda Dasmarinas and thirty-two (32) employees in Honda Makati. The researcher used Filipino work values test to determine the work values of the employees. The Statistical Treatment involved was the Mann-Whitney Test and Spearman's Rho. The findings showed that the majority of respondents in Dasmarinas receive a salary ranging from Php 10,000,00 to 15,000,00 every month while the majority of the respondents in Makati receive Php 16,000 and above salary every month. As regard to the work values and respondents, there is a distribution of "very high" verbal interpretation among the values socio-psychological, interpersonal, were core values and qualities of superior preferred by employees. The result of the statistical analysis revealed that the null hypotheses were both accepted. It could be concluded that there is no difference between the Filipino work values of employees in Dasmarinas Cavite and Makati City. The same is true with the relationship of wage and Filipino work values of employees in Dasmarinas Cavite and Makati City of Honda.
