It aims to obtain knowledge and acquaint fellow students as well as interested readers in the real banking business world. The study covers the history, description of the bank, organization and management, management practices and policies, motivation and incentives, marketing and problems encountered by the bank. The history started from its opening up to its closure in January 1 of 1985 and its re-opening on July 1, 1994. Details on organization and management are also featured in this study. Management practices and policies show the different practices and policies the bank is applying to achieve its objectives. All the services offered like savings account, current account, ATM, Happy Savers Club, Dollar Account and ATA are supported by a marketing unit which is concerned about the diversification and promotion of all of the services it offers. Also, there's a unit called Human Resource Department, which concerned in the handling of all the staff. It is also the one concerned in recruitment;-' monitors employee's status, compensation, benefits and supervises all bonuses that may be given to an employee. Financial statement of the bank is included in the analysis of the study. This study also covers the banks setbacks from minor to complicated ones.
