The BPI universal banking groups provides comprehensive financial solutions either by debt or equity and it offers the biggest pool of manpower equipped with local and international expertise to adapt the most sophisticated financial instruments to the diverse needs of the client. In spite of the good management of the bank, problem still existed. The volume of work was large and the number of manpower was not enough to do all the works. Even though the Human Resource Division hired additional skilled employees, pressure in work caused employees to become impatient in working and later on forced them to resign. It is recommended that the employees adjust themselves to the nature of work because it's not easy to pass the personnel testing and preliminary interview in BPI. Patience in working is the best attitude that an employee should processes to maintain a good job.
