Abstract: The study on the "Effect of Intercropping Two Varieties of Okra with Tomato and Bush Sitao" was conducted at the Experimental Field of the Department of Plant Science, Don Severino A,gricultural College, Indang, Cavite, from July to November 1983. It aimed to determine the effects of intercropping two varieties of okra with tomato and bush sitao, and to evaluate the simple cost and return analysis of each intercropping pattern. Two varieties of Okra (Lady Finger and Louisiana Green Velvet) , Tomato and Bush Sitao (EG #2) were used in the study. Split plot in RCB design was used in the experi-ment with three intercropping treatments. Result showed that okra alone (T1 ) produced a remarkably higher marketable fruit yield of the two varieties of okra compared to the rest of the intercropping treat-ment, However, considering the computed yield in kilo-grams per hectare, and cost and return analysis from each intercropping treatment in the study, okra, tomato and bush sitao combination gave a higher net return over the rest of intercropping treatments.
