This study generally aimed to determine the job security level of elementary teachers in selected public schools in Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed to: (1.) determine the demographic profile of the respondents; (2.) determine the perception of elementary teachers about their job security; (3.) determine the factors contributing to their job satisfaction; (4.) determine the job security level of elementary teachers in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, licenses acquired, academic seminars attended, years of service in current institution, total years of experience as an elementary school teacher, gross monthly income; and (5.) determine the significant differences in the level of job security when participants are grouped according to demographic profile. Descriptive research and correlative design were used in this study. A total of 265 elementary teachers participated in the study. Data obtained mainly by using survey questionnaires. Frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation was used to describe the respondent's demographic characteristics, likert scale and Kruskal Wallis were used to analyse the data. Results showed that the most of the participants were 26-31 years old, and have been working for 4-6 years as elementary school teachers. Majority of them were female, single, 1-3 years in current institution and have a gross income of PhP17 000 Php22 000. All of them have college degree, and LET passers. Furthermore this study showed that there was a significant difference in the level of job security based on civil status Also there %Nits a significant difference in the level of job security when the participants were grouped according to the number of seminars attended.
