The study was conducted to determine the financial management capability of the female entrepreneurs in selected areas in Cavite and their organization's financial performance. It aimed to: determine the socio-demographic profile of the female entrepreneurs; the business profile of female entrepreneurs; the financial information of female entrepreneur's organization; the financial management capability of the female entrepreneurs as to financial knowledge, financial behaviour and financial attitude; the financial performance of the female entrepreneur's organization with the use of different financial ratios, as well as the significant relationship between the demographic profile of the female entrepreneurs; business profile of female entrepreneurs; financial performance of the organization; and the financial management capability. The participants of the study were 200 female entrepreneurs in selected areas in Cavite, with ages 18 years and above. A survey questionnaire was used to gather needed information from the participants. Mean, percentage, frequency count were used to present the demographic profile and business profile of the female entrepreneurs. Pearson-R correlation coefficient was used in determining the relationship between the business profile and the demographic
