A case study was conducted at Tagaytay Country Hotel, at Olivarez Plaza along Emilio Aguinaldo Hi- way from January 14, 2018 to February 24, 2018. It aimed to: describe the profile of the company in term of history, management and mission, vision of the company; describe the services offered by the hotel; determined the quality management practices of Tagaytay Country Hotel: Analyzed the quality management practices by using (SWOT) strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threat; identify the problems encountered in service quality by the hotel and recommend possible solutions. The study focused on the analysis of quality management practices of the hotel. Data were gathered through personal interview with the staff and observation of the daily operations of the hotel. Other information was gathered from the records and files in the offices. This study presented some information in the company history, organization and management, and services offered by the hotel and others. Descriptive method of analysis was used in analyzing the data gathered. Tagaytay Country Hotel has been in the hotel industry for 16 years already and operating that long, it has already developed the quality management practices that helped the hotel grow, and to make the operation stable. Tagaytay Country Hotel offers variety of rooms such as deluxe room, suite, and studio type with facilities like amphitheater and convention center including the other facilities for wedding reception, debut and birthday parties. The strength includes the quality management practices that result to hotel growth, operation stability and satisfied customer. While areas for improvement includes, not emerging to new technology, renovation, new equipment and machines, additional staff and additional space for stock room. The greatest advantage of the hotel is the willingness of the management and staff to face changes and recommendation to grow. This can contribute very well to the continued success of the company.
