The study was conducted from August 2017 to December 2017 at Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite to determine the relationship between the school acquired skills of selected bachelor of physical education graduates year 2015 to 2016 of CvSU and their levels of efficiency in their jobs and to build a correct conception for the wrong idea of limiting a Bachelor of Physical Education graduate from focusing on teaching on the same field. Specifically this study aimed to: 1. know the level of school required skills of Bachelor of Physical Education graduates of Cavite State University; 2. determine the efficiency level of the Bachelor of Physical Education graduates in the jobs they presently hold; and 3. determine if there is a significant relationship between the levels of school required skills and the current job efficiency of Bachelor of Physical Education graduates of Cavite State University. The research instrument used in this study was interview and the paper questionnaire modified from Office of Student Affairs, Cavite State University- Main Campus. The research instrument is given to the degree holder of Bachelor of Physical Education year 2015 and 2016. The interview focused on their undertaking careers in the present while the questionnaire focused on the demographic characteristics of each selected respondents. One benefit of interview is that the researchers can get from this process is that they can actually gather raw and reliable data direct from their subjects. Although it is time consuming, they can still have very credible result from this data gathering procedure. While in the questionnaires involves gathering responses from subjects through a written medium. They distribute paper questionnaires for their subjects to answer, then tally the results and use the data for your research. The Participants were 36 degree holder of Bachelor of Physical Education year 2015 and 2016.in Cavite State University main campus, Cavite. The Results showed the school- acquired skills of the respondents are perfectly correlated in their jobs. Here the null hypothesis was thereby rejected and operational/ alternate hypothesis is accepted. Cavite State University imparts skills to her students very effectively as manifested in the respondents of this study, thus her system of education and medium of instruction puts her graduates at advantageous position upon their graduation. Skills acquired in school play very important role in the job performance of a student in the future if the school has indeed prepared her students with the necessary skills in the real outside world. Then there will be no doubt that he will show excellence in the performance of whatever jobs he will have in the future.
