Abstract: MALICSE, JOHN INRI C. Hog Fattener Enterprise in Cavite State University: An Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor in Agricultural Entrepreneurship major in Animal Production. Cavite State University , Indang, Cavite Adviser: Adviser: Dr. Mariedel L. Autriz. The project was conducted at Animal Production Project of the Department of Animal Science, Cavite State University-Indang Cavite from December 26, 2017 to April 10, 2018. The project was conducted specifically to attain experience through actual livestock management and operation; acquire important skills in raising fattening hogs, and determine the profitability of hog fattening business. The four fattening hogs were provided with proper care and management during the 104 days of rearing period. At the end of the project, the hogs with an average initial weight of 17.25 kg, ended up weighing an average weight of 95kg with an average daily gain in weight of 705.44 g. The average feed consumption was 200 kg and the feed conversion efficiency was 2.7kg. A total of ₱38, 166.62 was used in the project operation. The net income computed was ₱9,443.38 giving a return of investment (ROI)of 24.74%.
