The study was conducted to develop a senior high track assessment guide that addresses the issue of difficulty of the school checking assessment of the students, difficulty of the students deciding for a track, and no existing completed reviewer for senior high school. The system also designed and developed to help the students and Cavite State University Science High School for accurate and fast generate result of assessment. The software provides examinations, reviewer, accurate results, and personal information about the students with their examination result. It will provide secure, organized, updated and accurate information about the students of science high school. Iterative model was the methodology used upon the development of the study. It has five phases, namely: software requirement analysis, design, code generation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using the following software tools: My Structured Query Language (MySQL) for the database where all data is stored, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript and Hypertext Mark-up YJ Language (HTML) for the development of the system and the web page. Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 and Notepad++ were used for designing and editing of the web page and system, and Ionic Creator for developing of mobile application. Adobe Photoshop for the designing the system and Ionic creator for the development of mobile reviewer. The system was evaluated in accordance to functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The participants were composed of the students at Science High School and instructors at Department of Information Technology of Cavite State University, Indang, and Cavite. Evaluation results indicate that the system has passed and completed the needed requirements.
