Abstract: GUSMO, ALBERT ALEXIS A. and REYES, MICHAEL JAN B. Development of Enrollment System for Sebastien Montessori. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2018. Adviser: Ms. Lydia D. Perido. The study was conducted to improve the enrollment system of the Sebastien Montessori Institute, a computer generated process dedicated in verifying and entering data of the student to be register in a particular school, tracking of student's information, verification and browsing of payments. The system gives functionality that automates the process of recording of enrollment. Furthermore, it provides accounts for the administrator and adviser to view and update all the records and transactions. Production of printed reports of accounts payable of the students was also provided in the system. Iterative Development as the development methodology was used which has seven phases: Planning, Requirements, Analyzation and Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Evaluation Phase. The system was developed with the use of the following development tools: Microsoft Visual C# as the programming language; and SQL Server Management Studio as the data storage of the system. The system was evaluated based on the given criteria: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability, Portability, and User-Friendliness. Evaluators were composed of the following: Information Technology (IT) experts, students, teachers and staff of Sebastian Montessori. The system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation and met all the requirements of the software.
