Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2018. Adviser: Ms. Joyce Lynn A Katigbak. This study was conducted to determine the awareness, dissemination and acceptance of the University Vision and Mission and College Goals and Objectives. This study aimed to: (1) know the socio-demographic profile of the group of respondents in term of: age, gender, and educational attainment; (2) assess the awareness of the participants on University Vision and Mission and College Goals and Objectives; (3) identify the frequency of mode of dissemination of the University Vision and Mission and College Goals and Objectives; (4) determine the level of acceptance of the participants on University Vision and Mission and College Goals and Objectives and lastly; (5) the significant relationship of socio-demographic profile and level of awareness, and acceptance of the participants on University Vision and Mission and College Goals and Objectives. A total of 307; divided into 100 different year level of Criminology and ISA students, 100 parents of Criminology and ISA students, 50 Criminology and ISA graduates, and 56 stakeholders. In order to gather data, the researchers made a questionnaire. Using descriptive method, the data were collected, analyzed, and discussed. Results revealed that majority of the respondents were 41 years old and above. Also most of them were female and a college graduate. The total level of awareness among the four groups of respondents towards University Vision and Mission and College Goals and Objectives were very aware. The respondents were all knowledgeable of the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives. In modes of dissemination of University vision and mission and College goals and objectives, the result showed that the students were the most effective mode in disseminating the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives, the mere existent of students at the College or the University makes them informed and knowledgeable with the dissemination process of university vision and mission and college goals and objectives. The level of acceptance of the four groups of the respondents towards University Vision and Mission and College goals and objectives were extremely accepted, they believed that the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives is properly implemented to the students, as a result it produced good image to the respondents. Further, it was revealed that there was significant relationship between socio-demographic profile in terms of age and the level of awareness and acceptance of the respondents on the vision, mission, goals, and objectives. There was no significant relationship between socio-demographic profile in terms of gender and the level of awareness and acceptance of the respondents on the vision, mission, goals, and objectives. there was significant relationship between the socio-demographic profile in terms of educational attainment and the level of awareness of the respondents on the vision, mission, goals, and objectives while there was no significant relationship in terms of the level of acceptance. Thus, the University, the College and the Department concerned should continuously work for the awareness and acceptance of the vision and mission, goals, and objectives. the university officials should work on the widest dissemination of the vision, mission, goals, and objectives through communication media. The faculty should conduct activities that can help the students understand the vision, mission, goals, and objectives. Lastly, newly enrolled students should undergo orientation to increase awareness, dissemination, and acceptance of the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the college and university.
