Abstract: HAGOS, LESLIE M., PANGANIBAN MARI MAR B., ROLLAN, HEIDI 0., Happy Memories - Printing & Giveaways. Enterprise Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2018. Adviser: Ms. Danikka A. Cubillo. The entrepreneurial development project which lasted for three months was conducted from January 6, 2018 to April 3, 2018. The project aimed to provide the entrepreneurs an experience on how to handle and manage a real business and in order for them to apply that knowledge in the real business world. The business was named Happy Memories — Printing & Giveaways, putting those happy memories into something printed and customized like their names, pictures or any other design in their choice to be printed in t-shirts, coin purse, pouch, and tote bag. The enterprise was available on per order basis. The entrepreneurs produced products according to thg. order of the client and were operated by three entrepreneurs who shared different tasks and responsibilities in managing the printing business. Happy Memories production center was located at Purok 5, Sitio Matagbak Talon, Amadeo, Cavite. It was the best location to put the enterprise since the production center was located in Talon, Amadeo, Cavite which is near at one of our target market which is the residence of the Tagaytay and other neighbbring barangays. The business also offered different promotions every month to be able to reach more target markets, to offer the products not just in the area but also to other provinces through the Facebook page of Happy Memories — Printing & Giveaways. In 88 days of operations, Happy Memories — Printing & Giveaways generated a total sale of P81,620.00, total gross profit of P48,969.98 and a total net profit of P30,985.98. Some problems were encountered such as the distant source of raw materials from Malabon and Divisoria, familiarizing and practicing the process of printing with the use of heat press machine and still managed to quickly overcome and provide with better solutions on how to make the business more competitive in the market.
