A case study on supply analysis of JACA Construction and Management Corporation. Located in No. 29 Jose Abad Santos Avenue Salawag, Dasmarinas City, Cavite Philippines conducted from January 29, 2018 to June 2018. The objectives of the study were to: (1) describe the company profile in terms of; services offered, construction materials available in civil and structural services, organizational chart, and management policies and practices; (2) analyze procurement process of the company; (3) identifying company's strength, weaknesses, opportunity, and threat (SWOT), measured by 5 m's indicator; (4) determine the problems encountered in the materials section of the company and recommend feasible solution.
JACA Construction and Management Corporation has a proper management of procurement process. From ordering up to delivering the materials, the management ensured that all employees are following the company’s implemented policies and practices. The study also demonstrate the company's competitiveness in construction industry through CPM by choosing three different companies that included in the top 10 most performing construction companies in Cavite and rated using CSF. The measurement shows that JACA Company is still successful and continuing in progressing company's level of competitiveness in the industry of construction.
