The Mapping and Directory of Tourist Destination in Dasmariñas City was developed to make ease in searching the different tourist destination in Dasmariñas City through using internet. The study was started on March 2016 until April 2017 in the DIT of Cavite State University Main Campus. With the development of the study, internet users can easily search information and see the direction of getting through it. And for the Staff of tourism department, they can easily manage information needed by the internet users through the website.
The research methodology used for system development was Iterative Methodology which is composed of four (4) phases; planning, analysis and design, implementation and test and evaluation. The participants of the system are composed of one hundred (100) persons and instructors of DIT.
The proponent has developed six (6) modules namely: account management, record management, search, map, feedback, and landmark information. Series of testing and software evaluation were completed by the proponent and the participants of the study. This yielded a general result of "Excellent" which denotes the system have met all and have exceeded several expectations and all of its objectives were fulfilled.
