This study was conducted at Cavite State University Main Campus from November 2014 to December 2016. The purpose of the study was to develop an Online Virtual Assistant for Students of Cavite State University-Main Campus. The study specifically aimed to help students acknowledge their inquires about the university.
The methodology used to develop the system was software prototype ng which composed of the following phases. requirement gathering, quick de building prototype, customer evaluation refining prototype, and engineer product The system was evaluated through the use of t and usability testing, and was concluded that the software is accurate and the functions met the required criteria for the proposed system. The software was also evaluated based on the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. There were 151 tests done by random students of Cavite State University. According to the evaluation results, an overall mean of 4 21, the software was interpreted as excellent.
