Cardines This study was conducted from August to December 2018 at Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite to determine the relationship of body types in the fitness level of the CSPEAR Athletes (A.Y 2018-2019). Specifically, the study aimed to: (1) determine the demographic characteristics of the participants in terms of age, sex, year level, event played, and classification of athlete; (2) determine the fitness level of the CSPEAR athletes in terms of power, speed, and muscular strength; (3) determine if there is a significant difference in the fitness level of the CSPEAR athletes when they are grouped according to their body types;(4) determine if there is a significant difference in the fitness level of the CSPEAR athletes when they are grouped according to their demographic characteristics;(5) determine if there is a significant relationship between body types and fitness level of the CSPEAR athletes; and (6) determine if there is the significant relationship between demographic characteristics and fitness level of the CSPEAR athletes. The participants were 78 CSPEAR athletes from Cavite State University, Indang, and Cavite enrolled during the academic year 2018-2019. Total enumeration was used and survey questionnaires were utilized to gather data. Result revealed that demographic characteristics in terms of sex had no significant relationship to the fitness level of the CSPEAR athletes.
