Abstract: MARAVILLA, MABELLE C., SOLIS, DARWIN C., SUBIATE, PHILIP DONNIE D., GoToppings. Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Ms. Princess, Feliciano. The entrepreneurial development project was conducted for three months from January 21 to April 13, 2019. The project generally aimed to (1) develop marketing strategies in order to market the new twist of various flavor of lugaw; (2) determine the probability and marketability of the product; (3) Identify the possible problems encountered during the operation of the business and; (4) recommend potential solution to the possible identified problems of the business, Gotoppings. The business named Gotoppings was operated by three entrepreneurs who shared equal amount of capital and responsibilities to manage the business. Procurement of raw materials, production, marketing and financial aspects were performed by the business partners. These activities let the students became more responsible in managing the business on their own. Also through this project, the students gained knowledge that could be applied more effectively in their future endeavors. The business offered a budget-friendly variety of lugaw such as pork, beef, and chicken. Soysauce, vinegar and chili oil were available for customers to add on their lugaw to suit their taste and preference. Gotoppings product were offered through personal selling. On the second month of operation, the entrepreneurs created a "Valentine Promo" to boost sales by encouraging and attracting customers to buy the products. In the three month of operation, Gotoppings generated a total sales of P56, 685 and earned a net profit of P11, 963.92 at the end of the required business operation.
