Abstract: RODIL, TRIXY ANNE C. Backyard Hog Fattening at Barangay Aguado, Trece Martires City Cavite: An Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor in Agricultural Entrepreneurship major in Animal Production, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. Adviser Dr .Magdalena N. Alcantara. The project was conducted at Barangay Aguado,Trece Martires City Cavite from December 07, 2018 to March 25, 2019. The project was conducted to enhance the knowledge and skills on swine production, experience the actual hog fattening and gain profit from the enterprise. The project had eight weanlings with an initial weight of 13.25 kg. After 108 days, the hog attained an average final weight was 87.38 kg. The average daily gain of the animals was 686 g, and the average feed consumption was 200 kg. The computed feed conversion efficiency was 2.70. The project had a total cost of P78, 341.6. The total sales was P87,695.00 resulting to a net income of P9,792.7 The project had reached it break-even point at 78.34 kg equivalent to breakeven point by price of P9,792. The computed (ROI) was 11.94%
