Abstract: MOJICA, GREGORIO ROSALES, " Rizal Poultry and Livestock Association, Incorporated: A Case Study. "Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Don Severino Agricultural College, October 1991. Adviser: Ms. Lina C. Abogadie. A three-month field practice was conducted at RPLAI Carmona Hatchery Plant in Carmona, Cavite from July 8 to October 8, 1991, to apply gained knowledge, skills, and tools in agribusiness management of RPLAI Carmona Hatchery Plant; to identify problems of the plant; and to propose probable solution to such problems. During the conduct of field study, the student was exposed to the different activities of poultry management. Production, marketing, financial and management aspects of the plant were assessed. Problems identified include the decrease in production of day-old chick and difficulty in transportation of these from Hatchery plant to contract growers in Rizal Province. Supervisors should strictly inspect the facilities to lessen the problems in production. The management should provide a ventilator in delivery truck.
