Abstract: MOJICA, ROMEL MOJICA. "Pulunan Poultry Farm". Undergraduate Case Study. Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. Don Severino Agricultural College, April 1992. Adviser: Dr. Alice T. Valerio. ABSTRACT three-month field study was conducted at Pulunan Poultry Farm, located at Bgy. Conchu, Trece Martires City. It aimed to provide the trainee the chance to apply his gained knowledge management in real life situation. Specifically, the study aimed to: (1) study and analyze the Pulunan Poultry Farm's management practices; (b). identify the management problems of the farm; and possible solutions to achieve the farm's objectives. Problems regarding production, marketing, and management were identified and feasible solutions were recommended. Collection of primary data was done through personal interviews and observations finance It agribusiness recommend the top management and workforce. Secondary data were gathered from the farm records. was found out that the farm was experiencing various problems in its different aspects. Verbal implementation of policies and unexpected resignation of workers are the major problems in management. Delayed delivery of feeds, poor quality chicks, unexpected brownouts, increase number of days of harvest, inaccurate feeding system, threats diseases, inefficient record keeping system are the main constraints in production. Marketing is not a problem Pulunan Poultry Farm. Decrease of net income is the only problem threatening the farm's financial stability. As an appropriate action, the author recommends that the farm should implement written policies and written agreement to solve the problem in management aspect.
