Abstract: EYAYA, SHERWIN RODIL, "Tibayan Management Group International Holdings Co. Ltd; Tagaytay City. A Field Study, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, April 2001. Adviser: Mr. Adonis N.Meñez. A study was conducted to provide background information about the management and standard operations of a medium-size holdings company. It also aimed to determine and describe the company's services; expose the trainee to the different activities of the firm; and identify the common problems encountered by the firm and recommend feasible solutions to address these problems. The trainee was assigned at the Accounting Department. The duties included were filing of documents, photocopying, preparing budget requests, and attaching the index card to each capitalist envelope. Tibayan Management Group Inte ional Holdings Co., Ltd. is a service company engaged in investing money for offering its higher interest institution. The company faces problems particularly in Accounting Department such as lack of personnel, lack of money counter to manage large amount transaction and competition among other financial institutions. The trainee observed that the company also lack machinery and equipment needed for s daily transactions. In order to solve these problems, the company should install more compute the Accounting Department to ensure efficiency in the delivery of services, avoid delays, save tune and money, and provide total customer satisfaction. The company's future plan is to offer car plans to selected employees. The company also intended to launch a project entitled "God's Bread and Water of Life aimed at fighting hunger. It is also planning to intensify its goal of transacting with big fenders. There is also a plan to buy existing corporations and businesses rather than put up a new business.
