A three month field study was conducted at Filipinas Water Bottling Company (FWBC) — Aqua Prima located at Brgy. Kaytapos, Indang, Cavite from November 11, 2002 to March 31, 2003. The objective of the study was to apply the gained knowledge and skills in business management to actual situations. Specifically, it aimed to discuss the organization and management practices of Filipinas Water Bottling Company, to describe the production and marketing aspects of the firm,and determine problems encountered by the firm and recommend feasible solutions to problems identified. The data were gathered through actual observation of the company's operation and personal interview ith general manager and staff of the firm. FWBC-Aqua Prima is a subsidiary of REM Corporation engaged in processing spring water and distributing with Aqua Prima brand. The company distributes its products in Greater Manila Area. Southern Tagalog, Central Luzon, Northern Luzon and Eastern Luzon. The company plans to expand their distribution centers for the next en years and to use edia in promoting their products. The conduct of field study helped the trainee improve her skills and develop her self-confidence in doing the tasks assigned to her.
