Abstract: This farm practice was undertaken in Barangay Kaytambog, Indang, Cavite the project aimed to develop skills of the Student Outreach Agent (SOA) as a technician and to help farmer improve their farming techniques through the introduction of modern technology, A one-fourth hectare of field was plowed and harrowed twice o After the Land preparation, the seeds of mongo and complete fertilizer (14-1)+-14) were broad casted uniformly at the same time followed by harrowing to cover the seeds and fertilizer. Planting was done in August 19850 the seeds started to germinate LF—6 days after planting. Flowers started to develop on September 9 or days after planting The pods were harvested on October 30 and November Sun drying of pods was done immediately after harvesting 0 The pods were dried in sacks, Cleaning was made immediately after pounding and winnowing 0 Forty gantas of dried mongo were obtained and marketed at the Indang Public market for forty pesos per gantas After deducting the total expenses from the gross income (PI , 600 000) , a net income of 2620 000 was obtained.
