Abstract: A joint activity by the student outreach agent and the farmer cooperator, Mr. Rejesus Cruzat on feedlot fattening of cattle was conducted at Cabuco, Trece Martires, City from September 29, 1986 to February 8, 1987. This project aimed to produce fattened cattle more economically to come up with its cost and return analysis by adopting the soilage feeding at the rate of 2.5 percent body weight dry basis. In four and a half months feeding, the fattened cattle was able to weigh approximately 160-162 kilograms which was computed to 55 percent dressing percentage. At P42.00 per kilo dressed weight, the project was still losing by P998.70.
