Abstract: This farm practice was conducted at Barangay Cabuco, Trece Martires City from August 1986 to February 1987. This aimed to increase the production per yield of mango and to put into practice the tech-nical knowledge about mongo production using MG-50 variety, An area of about 5,000 square meters was prepared by plowing and harrowing on August 4-8 to allow weed seeds to germinate, Planting of mongo was done on August 17, 1986 using broadcast method. Mongo seeds and urea fertili-zer were broadcasted uniformly within the area. Weeding was done on September 13, 1986 upon the growth of weeds in the plantation, Harvesting and marketing was done on December 6, 1986 and December 205,. 1986, respectively. Out of 6 gantas of mongo planted, 70 gantas were harvested. They were sold at P45.00 per ganta. The gross income of the project was p39150000„ After subtracting the total expenses of F01,740000 the project gave a total net income of t1+10.000
