Abstract: The project, "Intercropping Peanut With Corn Under Bancod Condition '' was conducted at Bancod, Indang, Cavite from October 1986 to January 1987. This aimed to gain necessary skills on peanut production, to establish an income generating project and to determine the profitabi-lity of peanut and corn production under Bancod condition. A 1,500 square meter field was used in the project. High yielding varieties of peanut and corn and an intercrop-ping scheme were used in this project. All improved and recommended practices were followed. Planting both crops commenced in the early part of October and ended in the later part of January. Based on cost and return analysis results showed that raising peanuts intercropped with corn gained a net income of 019012.15. This proved that intercropping peanuts and corn is a profitable project especially in the barrio of Bancod, Indang, Cavite.
