Abstract: A project proposal for the improvement of coffee plantation of Mr. Modesto A. Gatdula, the author's cooperator was prepared. This was then submitted to DSAC-AEOP which granted a loan in the amount of 02,900.00. The major portion of the loan was spent for fertilizer. The farm practice student assisted her farmer cooperator in applying fertilizer, pruning, weeding and other farm operation. Analysis of cost and return showed that out of his loan of 02,900.00, the farmer cooperator gained a net income of 014,611.00. This happened because he was able to harvest 110 cans of Coffee excelsa and 30 cans of Coffee robusta in his two hectare coffee plantation. There was an increase in yield as compared from the previous years.
