Abstract: The project "Performance of Coffee Under Lumipa Condition" was conducted at Lumipa, General E. Aguinaldo, Cavite from July 1937 to February 1988. This aimed to gain necessary skills on coffee growing, to establish an income generating project and to determine the performance of coffee under Lumipa condition. 250 seedlings were used in this project. All important and recommended practices were followed. Planting coffee commanded in the early part of August. Based on the cost of the project, results showed that raising coffee need a capital of 01,200 in every 250 coffee plants. This proved that coffee growing is quite difficult especially in the barrio of Lumipa, General E. Aguinaldo because of its low farm income.
