Abstract: This project was conducted to determine the cost and return of producing a 300 heads broiler and to check the different problems encountered on broiler production especially during the rainy season. Three hundred day-old chicks were placed in a cleaned and disinfected brooder, well covered with empty sacks and provided with electric bulbs for heating. Birds were fed with chick booster mash on the first week and then broiler starter mash on the second week up to the fourth week. At the start of the fifth week, birds were fed with broiler finisher mash until the marketing period. Birds were fed ad libitum. Fresh, clean drinking water was made available at all times. A total of 369.15 kilograms was obtained from a total of 300 birds. All were sold at P12.00 per kilo amounting to P4,429.80. Mortality rate was zero percent. The raiser was able to realize an income of P1.73 per bird liveweight.
