The Farm practice was conducted in Cabuco, Trece Aartirez City, Cavite from September, 1982 to February, 1983 to find out the cost and return of peanut production. Sixteen gantas of peanut seeds costing P-400.00 and one bag of fertilizer were used in the production nineteen cans unshelled peanuts were harvested from the field. These were sold fresh at k33.00 per can with the total return of P 627.00. After subtracting the total expenses from the total returns, the project gave a total net income of P103.00 which can be considered low. This was due to the lack of rain.
