The Farm Practice which involved the student's participation and actual application of theoretical know-ledge on broiler management was conducted in the Poultry Project of the Don Severino Agricultural College from October 18 to December 7, 1982. A total of 200 day old chicks were raised in the project. The broilers were fed with commercially prepared feeds with corn grit and vitamins preparation. Each bird consumed an average of 3.903 kilograms of feeds, and gained an average body weight of 1.5 kilograms in seven week feeding period. This performance in terms of feed conversion gave an efficiency rate of 2.58 or
2.6. The net return realized per bird was 02.82.
