Abstract: The project was conducted at the poultry project at DSAC, Indang, Cavite through AEOP financing scheme with the main objectives of developing skills in broiler product-ion and to avail the mechanics of financing operation. A total of 200 day old Pilch chicks were used in this project. The birds were fed with commercially prepared feeds with broiler starter mash and corn grit and vitamin preparation. They were able to gain a final ave-rage weight of 1.40 kilograms per head. Birds consumed a total of 719 kilograms of feeds having a 2,63 kilograms feed efficiency. Five percent mortality occurred throughout the cycle of the production. Gross sale was p3,261.30; the expenses amounted to P2,702.50 and a net income of P486.80 was realized. The birds were sold at the age of five weeks to seven weeks in a liveweight basis of P11.50 and P12.00 per kilogram liveweight.
