Abstract: The farm practice, "Adaptability of Three Hybrid Tomatoes Under Imus Conditions" was conducted in Imus, Cavite from November 1987 to February 1988. The project aimed to encourage the farmers to plant hyrbid tomato varieties. A total of 700 square meters was used in this project. Planting was done on December 9, 1987 with an spacing of 0.4 meter between hills and one meter between rows. A total of 150 kilograms of tomato were obtained from the project. "Panag-ulan" had a yield of 67 kilograms, 40 and 43 kilograms were obtained by "Marikit" and "Bonanza", respectively. This was sold at P6.00 per kilogram. The gross income was P900.00. Upon deducting the total expenses of P525.50, a net income of P373.50 was realized.
