Abstract: A farm practice was conducted at the Agri-business Poultry Project of the Don Severino Agricultural College, Indang, Cavite from August 12, 1992 to September 29, 1992. Three hundred day-old broiler chicks were used in the farm practice. They were fed with commercial starter ration from the first up to the fourth week and finally with a commercial finisher ration from the fifth up to the seventh week. The recommended management practices were followed throughout the operation. The rearing process was done for 49 days. At the end of the project, the birds attained an average body weight of 1.645 kg, feed consumption of 4.080 kg and feed conversion efficiency of 2.539 kg. The project also gained a net income of F6,474.12 and a return on investment of 30.16 percent.
